  I AM A REAL ESTATE AGENT MYSELF - and I use Craig and the CTP team. I’ve been in the industry over 8 years and I happily refer Craig and the team to potential buyers as I know he always works in their best interests and genuinely explains things to people! 3 times Craig has found defects or termites to properties where I have lost the sale …. That’s his job and I can’t thank him enough for it ! My partner and I have just purchased an investment property, the first call I made was to Craig and the team! We are building also - he will be the one to check everything is spot on. I can’t recommend these guys enough!

  My partner and i used Craigs services to inspect our first investment property, He provided a quick high quality and detailed report on our property to help with our due diligence. Craig than also took the time to call ( at a time that best suit us ) and went over the entire report to provide invaluable feedback and advice. My partner and i went on to purchase the property and could not be happier, We highly recommend CTP Pest & Building Inspections and will be referring him on to friends and family and will be using him for all future inspections.

  Craig at CTP Pest & Building Inspections is an absolute legend! He was very responsive and able to assist us with an inspection at short notice. The report provided by CTP was detailed and thorough and Craig was able to talk us through the whole thing. I would highly recommend contacting Craig at CTP if you're looking for excellent service at a fair price.
