Laurence was amazing! I rang him Friday afternoon hoping for a speedy appointment and he accommodated me by scheduling me in late Monday afternoon! Very responsive to my needs and was extremely easy to communicate with. Laurence sent me the report ASAP after the inspection and talked me through it at length so I was fully informed as a buyer. Great prices as well for a combined thorough job with thermal imagine as well. Definitely the guy to go through!

Laurence did a great job!! He handled all the communication with the agent and even recommended we join him at the property for a chat. Great service, timely report, and the thermal imaging really gives me confidence there are no nasty pest surprises. Highly recommend :)
