I absolutely ADORE this place. Such a wonderful and brimming energy, and staff that make you feel so welcome. I’d highly recommend ignoring any 1-star reviews on this business I personally reckon it’s amazing to see staff with such strong professional and personal boundaries in a realm that is being taken for granted by so many egotists. well done Crystal Universe, on your powerful authenticity and even more powerful hearts driving this passionate business. Having shopped here for our retail space over the last 6 years, and indeed shopping solely with this lovely gang, my deepest appreciations are sent with all my heart, since without your delicious crystals, minerals, fossils, warmth and fullness, there’s no way our business would be as successful as it has become. Amazing amazing !! My business partner and I were inducted by Carla to the warehouse. She was so informative, professional and magnetic. The quality of their stones are fantastic and honestly have an energy to them. They were so understanding of our medical conditions and accepted our exemptions too. I can not recommend enough !!!! The best crystal wholesaler in Victoria !!!!!

A fabulous range of crystals of every kind. Huge warehouse, but easy to move around and choose.
So many beautiful pieces and a lovely atmosphere.
They were so caring and patient. Looking forward to our next visit 💜

Amazing place, the staff are so welcoming and warm. Their range is breath taking and probably one of the best ranges of quality crystals in Australia that I have seen so far. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and wish I could give it another extra star due to the care taken of their customers by their staff. Keep up the good work guys and you will be seeing me again 🙏. Much love.

If you plan to do a visit. Don't bother if you're not going to be up to their high expectations. I didn't drive in a flashy car, wear flashy clothes or promise to buy a container load of stones to pay for one of the staff's un-welcome attitude. Sorry if I may not be a feng shui master like your regular customers, but I'd appreciate a more welcome attitude to any potential customer wholesale only or not. Hope my feedback opens up future business and steers the right customers your way.

23 June 2012 - Instead of making insurance claim for the damaged Citrine Lamp from Crystal Universe Pty Ltd's own insurance policy, the Managing Director of the Crystal Universe Pty Ltd namely Mr. Rob SIELECKI advised me to make false insurance claim through my own office contents insurance for the damage occurred while the Citrine Lamp was at all times in the possession of the Crystal Universe Pty Ltd.
By holding my initial payment of AUD $4,600 as well as the Citrine Lamp purchased by me since 16th of December 2011, Mr. Rob SIELECKI threatened me that if I try to go back to his business premise located at Unit 6/297 Ingles St, Port Melbourne VIC 3207 to discuss and resolve the issue of damage with him in person then he will call police to arrest me under trespass law. In addition to that Mr. Rob SIELECKI has also chosen not to respond to my emails, phone calls and meeting proposals offered to him at any public venues at his choice.
By now it is evident that what Mr. Rob SIELECKI is hoping to achieve is that as long as he keeps quite there is nothing I can do as a consumer, and I will eventually give up and go away so he can keep my initial payment of AUD $4,600 as well as the crystal product purchased by me for nothing.
A formal complaint has been lodged at the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) and the Victorian Civil Administration Tribunal (VCAT) against Crystal Universe Pty Ltd in relation to its alleged fraudulent conduct.
I have always trusted Mr. Rob SIELECKI but he had let me down.
