Everything great, helpful lot, until you buy a ring somewhere else and the owner rings you and guilt trips you. When they got some diamonds in to choose from, which was stressed was no trouble, and absolutely no obligation. Apparently email communication is a new concept for this jeweller. Don't write back saying I was uncontactable, you could have emailed back. So the owner rings asking why I pulled the job, simple, they took too long. Then she's the most passive aggressive store owner I have ever had the misfortune of talking to. Don't go to these people, they will make you feel terrible if you don't go with them. When they say it's no trouble, it really is. No obligation really means, you better spend your money here.
