I literally eat here every week and the chicken avocado is amazzzinggggg!! Definitely my favorite place to get pasta or pizza nearby and they're always super fast and great service. very polite operator. the best lunch got here few days before.love to come again.

We ordered through menulog. Delivery time came and went. An hour and a half after ordering (and crust innaloo confirming our order), we decided to call. Turns out they insisted that they did not receive sufficient payment last time (despite being ordered through menulog). Whether or not there was an error with menulog, we were extremely disappointed that crust innaloo could not be bothered to call to inform us that our order would not be completed. I was also not impressed that the gentleman on the phone hung up on me while I was still trying to resolve the issue. We ended up ordering food elsewhere and received it promptly. Problem solved.

Got 3 pizzas- all 3 were under cooked with mooshy bases. The garlic ciabatta was over cooked. Really the only good part of tonight's meal was the Fanta.. won't be coming back

pizzas are always decent, like the range of different ingredients. Prices are a little ridiculous though and we waited an hour and a half for the delivery, which we were originally told would be 15 mins. Rang up 40 mins later and the lady said it was in the oven. I live about 2 minutes away from the shop and it took another 20 minutes for the delivery guy to finally arrive, we said we weren't particularly happy as it had been an hour and a half since we ordered and we were hungryto which his response was "i don't know" and a shrug of the shoulders. customer service a bit lousy thats for sure.

Pizza was ok, not the best but still ok. One of the pizzas delivered was totally wrong (pepperoni instead of duck). Called the store to request correct pizza. Lady who answered was polite. The manager I was passed onto was extremely rude. He insisted I was wrong over and over - there was no way I had received the wrong pizza - impossible!!! All the while we're looking at this pepperoni wondering about its duck content. He sounded absolutely crazed. I pressed onward, politely suggesting the delivery guy can come back to confirm. This bloke is having a meltdown at me over a wrong pizza. He asks what he's supposed to do, as if I'm being unreasonable asking for the correct pizza. He keeps insisting it must be duck as if his mind cannot stretch to the possibility of an error occurring. All my guests confirm it to him on the phone - he's still adamantly an unbeliever. I explain what he should reasonably do to fix it and we end that call. My guest, feeling extreme disappointment given he'd recommended Crust (since he's a loyal customer), decided to also call, being unconvinced it would be fixed. That call sounded very much the same but finally came with an invitation to MMS a photo of the dodgy pizza. That being done, we finally received the right pizza after we had finished our meal, with much apology from the delivery driver. I feel sorry for those who have to work with or under such a character and wish them all the best. Crust: please intervene at this store - it's so bad for your brand, the store staff and customer loyalty. It shouldn't be so hard to get the right food or polite customer service. As for us, not risking it again, our first time will be the last time. P.S. Be on the lookout for cured, circular duck.

Great pizza, was a bit skeptical about just another pizza joint, but was happily surprised bby the range, taste and freshness. Never want Dominios again Huh!

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. Over an hour wait and both pizzas tasted stale and as if they had been sitting in the store for hours. Won't be ordering again.

The food is fantastic, and good variety - love the potato and blue cheese pizza and if course the cinnamon buns - but sometimes items just seem unnecessarily pricey.
