Very friendly and helpful staff, they were very easy going and professional, hired a male Star Trek costume and worked well, only complaint was having to pay extra for hiring the badge that belongs with the costume

Wide range of costumes for all occasions & various sizes to fit all. Great value for the money and reasonable / market rates. Very helpful & courteous staff which made selection of the outfit fast, efficient & timely.

Staff working on the 13th of September were completely rude and provided no service what so ever, was standing right in front of them wirh a empty store and couldn't offer any assistance or customer service
Was going to purchase costumes for Halloween but now going to another shop.
the two girls working should get a new job as retail doesn't seem for them as they have no people skills what so ever.response / report this review -

Wow!! Sad really. I called two hours in advance and asked for a costume to be held until I arrived.
The girl who served me was straight up, arrogant, rude, entitled and completely out of line. Obviously had a bad day.
First I went to take a picture of my costume and she abruptly said "you are in the way do not stand there!" I was like "chill, 5 seconds only". It wasn't good enough for her.
She filled out my receipt, keep in mind I called first, and it was wrong. I was intending to return on a Wednesday. Not Monday. I politely put a straight line through the date and informed her the date was wrong. Her response? "Next time tell me and don't mess up my invoice". Again obvious she had a bad day. She handed me the invoice again. The date? It had scribbles every where over the date. I said " my straight line bothered you and you did that to "your" invoice? Her response was I was being rude.
Never again. A root canal would be far more pleasant. Without numbing. In fact having to kiss my mum would have been less painful.
