There is a beautiful 3km walk (quite easy) around the lake. The water is lovely to swim in. Gorgeous view! Definitely a must see if you're in the area.

Great place to chill. Swim or do the lake walk. Walk spotted with informative signs telling the traditional indigenous stories of the area, fascinating!

Beautiful lakes surrounded by tropical jungle. Flooded extinct craters. You can drive and park at both lakes, separated by 7klms.

Nice Stop. With relatively warm Water. Toilettes and pick Nick facilities on-site. The crocodile threat is not a real one. The crocodile is tiny and wont attack.

Absolutely stunning, the water is crystal clear, you can see turtles 🐢 fish 🐠 and beautiful flora.
Best conditions for swimming. Bring an inflated mat to chill out on the lake. Also, great for BBQ, arrive early to save a spot.
