Quoting and installing a new hot water system in our place was tricky due to the nature of the old apartment block and the gravity-fed in-roof system. Thank goodness for HWP, who were knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, prompt, and made the whole (difficult) job of quoting and installing look easy. I just had my first good shower since moving in 8 months ago! Thanks Dijean and team!

Rude, overpriced service.
Initially went with them because they were the warranty repairers for my hot water system. When called out on their pricing being much higher than a very experienced local plumber, they got aggressive and defensive. Would not recommend. Do yourselves a favour and go elsewhere!response / report this review -

Great service from the moment I picked up the phone; scheduled quickly and easily. Devan called the morning of the job to confirm his arrival time, which was spot on. Knowledgeable, efficient and professional, the work completed without incident and to the highest quality. Would definitely recommend using these guys.

These guys were amazing. From the initial phone call at 8.30am to the completion of the job by 10am same day. Very easy to deal with and Devan was fantastic, he explained everything to me, he was a pleasure to have in my home. I would highly recommend HWP to friends.

Daven provided an excellent, no fuss, polite and on time reasonably priced fitting of a replacement boiler. Nice to deal with an honest and fair company. Not many of those around. Thanks great service.

I rang about my hot water service at 8.00 am. They said they would ring me nack by 10.00 am and arrrive before 11. They gave me a maximum ( new HWS ) and minimum price
They rang on time, arrived on time and fixed the HWS for the minimum quoted. Honest, puntual and professional.response / report this review -

Absolutely BRILLIANT! Not only am I very happy with my new hot water system, but I am also impressed with the customer service I received. Everyone on the team (David, Felice, Rob, Steve) was extremely professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied, and I can honestly say that I am. Highly recommended!

Brian and David are the most professional, attentive and helpful people. From the very beginning, they gave us honest opinions and provided helpful advice. They installed the appliances and changed our outdated gas line within the very short time frame we required while assisted us in dealing with our unreasonably difficult neighbor. All our inquiries and requests were answered quickly with professional manner. Their after sale service is also very professional and they reply quickly to any maintenance requirement. We highly recommend their service to everyone. Thank you Brian and David!
