I had an instant hot water service pack it in on a Friday night (of course!). O’Shea were brilliant right from the initial call. Anne was sympathetic to the situation and very clear on next steps. Installer Chris arrived very quickly, and was fast, efficient, respectful of my home, and did a quality job. He also shuffled around other jobs on the other side of the city to ensure I was back with hot water as quickly as possible - midday Saturday. I’d definitely recommend these guys.

Highly recommend for anyone looking for good quality, reliable and affordable service!
Daniel came to fix an issue we had where we weren't getting any hot water out of our shower faucet. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and quick in finding and explaining the problem.
He had it fixed in no time at all and left everything in perfect working order!

Had Cam and Chris from O’Sheas here all day installing my outdoor drainage system. Highly recommend them both. They were extremely hard working, professional and friendly guys. Owner Jarrett was also brilliant with doing the quoting and leading the project. He was generous with his time explaining the quote. All around highly recommend this company!!!

We had one of our gas heaters repaired and both of our heaters cleaned and serviced. O’Shea were responsive to our request. The Plumber turned up on time and did an excellent job. When we had a small issue it resolved quickly. They were professional, friendly and transparent about the costs and process. Would recommend this company.

My hot water service died on the Friday night. Rang O'Shea's Plumbing on Sunday Morning. My call was answered immediately and the receptionist was very pleasant and empathetic. I organised for a plumber to come out on Monday morning between 10 and 12 and that my plumber would call 30 min before. I received a call that morning just after 9:30 from Cam. He was very friendly and advised he was on his way. On arrival, he was very friendly and genuine. He gave me an honest up front quote on the spot and fully explained what was required. He also advised that he needed to check my gas metre and gas lines which may cost extra if there were leaks detected. (Thankfully all good). He provided a number of options and choices with good pricing. Most importantly he was able to do the works that day. Payment was easy with EFTPOS available, 20% deposit and balance on completion of the job. Finally his work was neat and tidy and all rubbish removed and he fully explained hot to check and relight the pilot. Very happy. Would recommend O'Shea's Plumbing and will use them again.

Thanks O’Shea for taking the call yesterday and having Adam come out today to find a water leak and fix it.
Adam called to say he’d be with us in 20min and he was. It poured rain all day today but Adam kept working through it all.
He surmised where the leak was liking coming from, considered the options, presented his assessment and quote and we proceeded.
He found the leak, replaced the section, checked the leak was fixed, refilled the holes he had to dig in the garden and checked the water was running smoothly throughout the house.
I should add that Adam worked through the rain for hours and we’re so pleased we’re no longer loosing water out onto the footpath. Thanks O’Shea and Adam for your professional work.response / report this review -

Whilst O'Shea plumbing kindly offered a free quote, the pricing was quite high. They gave a quote for $570-$1000 - vague range. Another plumber did the job for $275

My old house has needed work over the past few years. I have been very impressed with O'Shea's quality value and service so I have continued to call them for all tasks both large and small. They have identified the cause of a gas leak and replaced the entire corroding gas pipe line, upgraded the hot water system to a new more efficient one, updated the bathroom and onsuite, replaced toilets, replaced kitchen taps, changed tap washers, the list goes on. Very happy to recommend them

Quite disappointed form the service provided with the initial call-out.
Basically paid $88 for him to come out and give me no additional information as to where the water leak was coming from or any information that I didn't already know. From what I was told by my tenant, basically came and looked around for a few minutes and quoted me $495 to continue more "investigation" which couldn't provide a guarantee that it could be fixed and additional pay would be needed to be fixed and EVEN stated that more "investigation" may be needed on top of the $495.
On top of that the plumber was reluctant to tell me anything more, because it wasn't covered in the $88 call-out fee. What does this fee even cover? A 7 minute drive to the house with a 2 minute look and nothing to gain from it?
I ended up getting the leak fixed the next day by a trusted family friend plumber who fixed it within 24 hours.
Would not recommend this company to anyone.response / report this review -

Plenty of attention to technical requirements and standards. $770 to reconnect gas stove. Covered several hours of effort including height tests from stove to range hood. Yes, we needed to reinstall our hood to comply. New pipe from floor to stove. Several leak tests. Richard did a good job. Laurie spent time on the job as well. Even Grant turned up. Job well done. Recommended for safe gas job!

Anthony was prompt, friendly and very professional. His work was very thorough and he explained everything in detail prior to and during completion of the work. Turned up when they were meant to, were knowledgeable about generating ideas for the works to be done, the quote was reasonable and the work was done promptly. Couldn't really all for more from a tradie so pretty happy and would use again.

Grant assisted with a couple of problematic leaks while also providing expert advice on a number of additional plumbing issues. He also was quite happy to provide quotes on additional jobs for the future. All in all, great service!

Absolute first rate plumbing service. Daniel worked on our water hammer issue this morning and did an excellent job in resolving the problem, even going so far as working outside in some pretty heavy rain. Total professional who explained everything very clearly and completed the job with no issue and within a reasonable cost. Will definetely be using them again in the future.

Jarrett was on time as planned, excellent communication, honest, clean work area and extremely friendly. Price higher than others but outweighed by experience and a job well done. Will definitely call O'Shea again for any plumbing issue.
