最差和不负责的中介!The worst agency you could ever find for your visa application. They provided very poor service for my 820 partner visa. They didn't send me the application they filled in for me before submitting. There were many mistakes found in my application when I asked to see a year ago. There was no on-going advice or contact with me to progress the visa like the contract said. I asked them to apply for one year bridging visa B for me, they applied for half a year and lied to me that they did apply for one year (I only found out when I ended my appointment with them and took over my application). And i asked them to upload the new documents for me in August, they said they would, then I found out in November that they still didn't upload the documents. The owner of the agency is with very terrible attitude when I pointed out their service was poor and I want a refund and to stop service with them. She said I would complain as much as I want but there will be no refund. My 820 visa is not granted yet, they did not do much and I can't not describe how poor their service is. Please don't risk your visa and go to them !!
