Dave & Steve at Concept Carpets are extremely professional and hard working. From the moment we enquired they were responsive and offered great customer service. They ensured our new carpet in a 1 bedroom apartment looked perfect. We are very happy with the professional job, quality carpet and high level of service! Highly recommend!!!

We needed a section of carpet stretched and rejoined after a bath overflowed and we had to lift a section to dry it (which we had done ourself). After a frustrating search to find someone to help us, we contacted this business and had immediate help that afternoon. Steve came and looked at the carpet and did the job on the spot at a very reasonable price. He was very pleasant and there was excellent communication. I actually spoke to Steve in person rather than passing information on through a third party who had no understanding of the work needed. He did a fantastic job and gave good advice about the carpet. I would highly recommend this company for the work done and for getting it done so promptly. I wouldn’t hesitate to ask him out again.

Needed carpet restretched to fix some bubbling. Steve was very responsive to messages and was able to come out at short notice. Job was done professionally at reasonable price. He also gave some advice on the carpet quality/care and clearly communicated what he was doing and why. It was obvious he cares about doing things properly. Definitely recommend.

Amazing customer service and professionalism. Steven gave us very reasonable quote and also advised on things that saved me money by not replacing. Genuinely customer centric. David was very knowledgeable and highly professional and great human being as well. I would highly recommend them.

Steve did an amazing job on stretching my carpet to remove ridges. He was fast, professional and polite. I was really impressed with the fact that he does not accept cash unlike most tradesmen. This tells me he is an honest person. A rarity these days. Thank you again.
