  I had carpet cleaning regularly from different company but never satisfied. But now with Lou’s professional work, my carpets are so clean! I wish I knew him earlier! Thank Lou for the professional work! See you in 2 months.

  Lounge clean, Lou was super responsive and very very thorough, made sure it was perfect before leaving. Quoted out of hours, arrived on time, stuck to quote. Went over and above. Highly recommend, no messing about.

  Loui was very responsive and gave me a quote ASAP. He cleaned my bed and mattress as they’d been in storage for about a month and had quite a few dust stains. He did a really amazing job with cleaning my bed and mattress and they look brand new! Drying time was very quick too. Will definitely be using his services again and have been recommending him to my friends!

  Lou was super responsive from the get go even though I contacted him after hours for a quote. He cleaned my couch and dining chairs after an interstate move left marks all over them and did a fantastic job bringing them up like new. Drying time was exceptionally quick and everything was back in action after an hour. I'll have no hesitation getting him back when I need the carpets and rugs done!

  Omega (Loui) was fantastic! He was so prompt and was on time, when he said he would get there he was there. He quoted me a price and stuck to it. From the outset he was open and honest about what I needed and went above and beyond on the job of carpet cleaning. He kept me informed the whole way through and was very quick at getting it all sorted.

  I called Loui in a panic after spilling red wine on large wool/silk rug. He was amazing!
  After discussing best options, he took the rug away and spent hours diligently cleaning the area of the bicarb remains I had applied and dried wine stains.
  Within 48 hours, the rug was back and looking amazing. You would hardly notice anything unusual.
  Loui is the best carpet cleaner in Melbourne - competent, professional, highly experienced in carpet and rug cleaning, and reliable.
  I would highly recommend and will use again to steam clean my carpets. You will not be disappointed.

  Loui was referred to us for carpet cleaning and was excellent. I had walked tough grease all through our house and he was quick, responsive, explained quickly what needed to be done and was excellent. Really pleased with the results. Would refer the service and use again.
