We contacted them for a quote but they were very reluctant to do that over the phone instead insisting that we down loaded the app. Since then we have been texted every day by them to the point i have had to block the number. They may be legit but it feels off especially given that cleaners are scarce at the moment

After the person on the phone took all my details (and oddly thanked me for the information when asked if I had a pet) they asked me to download an app called Hyega to make the booking. I'm a grumpy old man and I don't have time for this, I will be using someone else. Don't know why you can't just book over the phone. Feels impersonal.

I received excellent customer service when arranging the clean. Fantastic customer service and the cleaning was amazing. Excellent attention to detail. The customer service team are always contactable and have amazing communication skills. The work done by the 2 cleaners was exceptional, with attention to detail ensuring quality outcome. Highly recommend.

We’ve had terrible luck finding a regular cleaner and just found the consistency was not there. Brad was great to deal with and we now have a cleaner come fortnightly who is friendly and does a great job. Very consistent and I love coming home to a nice clean house. Would definitely recommend.

Sharon was lovely to deal with, organised a cleaner to attend within 24 hours of speaking with her. She is super responsive and communicates really well. Sharon arranged for Rachel to come clean our 2 bed, one bath town house and all I can say is “wow”! Rachel was right on time, very polite and got straight down to work. She worked solidly for 3 hours and did everything I requested. The place is spotless and I am very happy. Thank you!
