Drove upto Mackay for a shotgun stay - totally unprepared for any fishing. Drove past on the way to our accommodation, and had to stop in for a gander the next day.

Store has everything someone coming up this way could ever want! Some of the best rods and reels available from the major players. Great selection of quality line, lures, bait and other ancillary item's, if you ever forget something at home dont stress he's got it.

Barry the owner, great bloke to talk to and gives some good pointers (generously).

Complete Angler Mackay is one shop any fisho should make the time to visit, not just the big box "generic format" stores
