I recently went to the amart in Mackay and had a wonderful experience with with great customer service. A young girl named Piper helped me pick out a fantastic pair of sneakers that I looked rockin in! The wife and the grandkids loved my new Reebok’s!

Awesome selection of very pricey sporting clothing & equipment . Staff very unhelpfull just walk bye you as if all there doing there is being sercurity . They need training in customer service is what australia lacks in so badly in most shopping out lets .

Not busy as is it might need to be(because its a big area/place for shopping).went to amart sport first time for shoes,The price for branded shoes were Affordable.Amazed with the price.before i visit there i was planning to buy in Brisbane when i visit Brisbane.Brought 1 pair straight away.may be i will visit again ,depends on my saving.but sincerely i wish to visit again.as i saw Negative Review for staff,they were there for me couple of time, asking me if i need help, i feel staff were ok.

Zero customer service, have to hunt down staff. Majority of staff are rude and when they dont have stock (more often then not) given the excuse 'don't know when it will be in'. How about you ask the customer if they would like to order something in or rain checks, ie do your jobs!! You've lost a customer here, too many times this has happened to me, I am embarrassed that I keep going back to be treated so badly! 😡
