As a support worker I thoroughly enjoy my job. Encouraging clients to achieve their goals in life, to try different things, to see them laugh and live life to their full potential. To see clients give support to other clients, to encourage each other and give back to their support workers with kindness and respect.
There is no other job that exceeds satisfaction that you have made a difference to a client.
