We hold multiple property assets throughout throughout Newcastle and the Hunter Valley.

Your Agency has had the job of finding a tenant for my commercial premises at Firebrick Drive, Thornton, since about September 2020 and it is still vacant. This is naturally disappointing. I was encouraged to spend money on internet advertising in March 2021, which yielded nothing. But what was also disappointing, when I left a phone message and sent an email to your Craig Watson to simply get an update, I had no reply for several days. I eventually got to speak to him when I phoned again 5 or so days later. He was hardly apologetic for his not getting back to me, and seemed very nonchalant about it. I still don't know where any progress has been made with the current prospect.
