  I have to agree with a few previous negative reviews unfortunately. Here's pros and cons for Family unit (Unit 1):-
  
  Pros
  - convenient location
  - nice water view
  - swimming pool
  - clean bed linen and towels
  
  Cons
  - Dated furnitures.
  
  - Very poor cleanliness: Dirty and used disposable kitchen wipe, dirty silverwares with dried food stuck on them, sticky and stained glasses, rusty pots and pans, long disgusting hairs on top of laundry detergent, dirty windows. We had to wash all the kitchenwares before use.
  
  - No hot water. Shower looks ok but very very weak, warm (not hot) water lasted only for 2min and turned into cold water, then next day absolutely no warm or hot water that we could not take a shower when it was 10 degree outside, no shampoo/body soap or anything except two tiny block of hand soap.
  
  - A stranger came over unannounced. Turned out, it was a handyman the host arranged (we didn't ask) to fix the knob on the closet door in one of the bedrooms. The host didn't even mention it to us that she was expecting someone to come to our unit, we texted her asking if she was expecting him. He left shortly as he didn't have a right part, and we had to wait for a while for him to come back (he never came back) with a right part. We finally texted the host if we needed to wait as we were planning to go out and explore before dark, then she asked us to leave the key in the box for him. All she said was "yes I expected him, sorry" which I thought was very unprofessional.
  
  Comment
  - I don't recommend this place and will not come back again. We texted the host about the hot water issue but no respond at all as yet.

  The view was phenomenal. This kind of made up for the rest of the place being so rundown and to be honest, really uncomfortable. The pics on the website did not match the cabin we were given. At all.
  
  The furniture (couch particularly) was so old and the kitchen equipment was not something I felt comfortable cooking with Even to just fry an egg. The frypans needed an update about 8 years back. There was only 1.5 toilet rolls in the toilet for a four night stay with four occupants.
  
  The bathroom wasn't cleaned well, with hairs still on the glass shelves when we arrived.
  
  The pool was was a great addition and honestly saved our sanity with 2 tween sons. So the 2 points go to the pool and that spectacular view.

  We so wanted to enjoy this place.
  
  I will start with the good so you can see this is a balanced review. The view is stunning and the area is whisper quiet. Bbq area is really good and bbq was nice and clean. Shower was a good pressure.
  
  Unfortunately that is the end of the pros.
  
  This is for unit 2.
  
  The place is very very dated and run down. As soon as we opened the door you can tell it isn't cared for.
  
  The sofa looks dated and dirty. The place smelt stale and we wouldn't put our clothes in the cupboard as the smell was over powering.
  
  There was urine left around the toilet seat and a dirty kitchen floor.
  
  In the second bedroom there was mould on the curtains and a hell of a lot of dust.
  
  The outdoor furniture is all ripped and unusable.
  
  The shower was also dirty.
  
  We so wanted to enjoy our stay but the very poor standard of accommodation took the gloss off it.
  
  Place could be awesome but really needs an update or a deep clean.

  The web site of this place does say each cabin is individually owned and furnished so I need to stress my comments are only about the one we stayed in, Unit 12. There is no doubt this unit has a great view. While it’s not the closest one to the edge the view is pretty special and if that’s the main thing you are looking for in accomodation then this is a pretty good option. Other positives are the really strong hot shower and the well equipped kitchen. But. This place is really dated, which on its own is not enough to mark it down but it has some really basic issues. For example, three out of four legs on the dining table have cardboard under them to keep the table level and the veneer on all of the dining chairs is peeling off. The BBQ on the deck is filthy and the chairs on the outdoor setting have also seen better days. The cabin does not have a dishwasher, which of itself is not really a problem, but it meant that quite a few things we took out of a cupboard were dirty and needed to be washed before we used them. It would not take much to improve this unit but I won’t be staying in it again.
