Tricky buying a bike you can't sit on but these guys were super helpful even though I became a bit of a needy customer with sizing. The bike is even better than I expected. I have always like the commencal brand and wanted one and the experience and the product are as good as I could have expected.

Customer service is really quick at responding back to you and the staff are really helpful. I’ve got a Commencal DH & DJ bike and I can’t say a bad thing about the bikes.

Since I bought my META TR and a few items over last couple of years, the customer service at Commencal Sydney has been 10/10. Missing cable routing plug arrived 24 hours after I contacted them. All my questions are answered quickly. Can't ask for more. Big shout out to Yann!

The bike is great, but more importantly the staff are amazing! Purchased online, I had some fiddly requests to change order details a couple oftimes, and they were dealt with swiftly with excellent manners and patience. Special thanks to Yann who looked after all that for me.
