I used them recently to do a DHA rental review in Sydney and am quite pleased with the outcome.
After some initial teething problems, AV came back with an accurate market value report that met all DHA requirements. More importantly, they stood their ground when challenged on it by the DHA valuer. As a consequence, we were able to secure a nice rental increase.

Paul and the Aussie Valuers have been fantastic to deal with. I didn't even think that you could get your own property valued to make an informed decision on what it's worth and also what it can be worth if you make renovations etc. It's a small price to pay to feel confidence that you are making the right choices for your property value and personal wealth.
