I only stayed for one night, but the room was lovely and all interaction I had with staff was friendly and good. Very close to everything, great location! Right next to an IGA.

Amazing place to stay. Wonderful owners and a great appointed room. Clean and modern feel. I'll be staying here every time I come back to Warrnambool. Only negative was tue water pressure, but that's like every place I've stayed at.

Excellent service. The room was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. As I've said elsewhere this was a better place to stay than a certain 4.5 star hotel in Melbourne.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly too.
The only recommended improvements would be a bathroom heater for winter and improved soundproofing. I realise this is a common issue across Australia though and the people next door were unusually loud :)
Highly recommend this for anyone passing through from Melbourne to Adelaide.response / report this review
