Friendly staff, room/cabin was ok, interior not new, but everything was clean. WIFI was poor. However, good price/performance ratio.

Great central location, ready access to supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, and other amenities. Very friendly staff, nice clean facilities and a great playground for the kids.

Centre of Warrambool. Cabin de luxe had small shower unit. With warming lamp. But AC did not heat. And we were there on a few cold days. Staff helpfull. Two big supermarkets within 200 meters. Children's playground.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin Easter weekend.

Well stocked kitchen - clean. Well stocked bathroom - clean. Spare pillows and blankets. Cabin is modern. Has 32" Tv., dining table w/4 chairs, couch w/ chase.
1 car parking space per cabin only. And slight feeling of being cramped at times. No privacy on veranda from neighbours so had neighbours watching our every move and had no choice but to listen to their loud conversations and debates.
Washing facilities looked aged but working well. 2x washing machines and 2x dryers. $1 coins required - washing =$3/load Drying =$2/load.
Palyground for kids is at the front of the facility. And is hidden herrings 2/3 cabins and the main office. Includes a Sitting area w/tables 2x climbing forts, large jumping pillow, sand, slides and swings.
Right in the middle of Warrnambool.
Pleasant, friendly staff.
Would stay again.
