Great staff always going the extra yard to keep clients happy. Fine restaurant separate bistro separate hotel. Across from the harbour and central in the town.

Ate at the bistro. Poor service. We were a group of seven people and the meals came out at different times. Was about 20 minutes between the first meal arriving and the last. I like my vegetables al dente, but the pumpkin and carrots were hard and inedible. The rest of the meals were average pub food.

A little disappointed in the service really. Also, only sheer gauze curtains with floor to ceiling glass frontage to the road. We felt very exposed as the rim was close to the footpath and at street level

My wife and I went for lunch today, 28/Jan. The food was excellent, but one girl doing everything, taking orders, serving drinks, delivering meals etc, what a joke during a busy period. Long weekend, Cruise ship etc. The kitchen staff continually dinged on a bell when the meal was ready, but obviously above them to deliver to our table. We went and got our own when we realised the meal was ours. Earlier we had waited at the bar for 15 minutes for a drink whilst the waitress tended to others. Two couples came in and stood un-served for 10 minutes then walked out. We won't be back.
