The rooms are clean and beautiful every room is a suite here. With multiple rooms in each sweet. The service is friendly and courteous. This is not a cheap hotel but the location is fantastic and it’s worth the cost.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff are excellent at taking care of whatever you need. Friendly, polite and caring. Check-ins are almost immediate as are the checking out process if you paid online.

This is not a 5-star hotel. While it looks very nice in photos and has nice looking common areas, the rooms and service leave much to be desired. The rooms are poorly designed and in disrepair (noisy air conditioner, old microwave in living room, cork board in the room is very tacky).

The worst part is the noise. There are restaurants and buskers in the alley between the two towers with voices and music radiating up into the tower until late in the evening.

On the other hand, the bed is comfortable enough and I thought the breakfast was good.

Stayed over night for work, beds were comfortable, and the room was a decent size & had a spa bath. Would stay again.
Wasn't overly impressed with the hot selection of food for the buffet breakfast. Cold selection was great.

Good rooms (bed was a little small though). Attentive, prompt staff. Pool area excellent, but sauna a little small. Good proximity to everything in the city.

Comfortable Hotel with a great gym. The food id OK but not outstanding.
The bar food service was a bit slow and cold when it arrived. I think this was just a one off mistake rather than the norm.

We have booked the hotel for a couple of days stay and a conference we are hosting. The hotel looks nice, good location, lovely staff member helping us out with the suitcases.. until you check in. The most rude check in I have experienced in a long time now worrying what the service is going to be like when our guests arrive and seriously questioning our stay here. Im considering changing the hotel for our stay as I'd like something more welcoming where the reception staff doesn't talk down on you and at least try to smile not just throws your room keys at you.

Attended for work function. Food was excellent, urn coffee was average but there's plenty of good takeaway places nearby. Lovely clean room and helpful staff.

The rooms are quite nice and the staff are very friendly. There was a small amount of outside noise, but we were in one of the cheaper rooms. The location was fantastic, only a 5 min walk to the Regent theater.
