When my car broke down along the Pacific HWY, I had no option but to go where the (very helpful) NRMA guy dropped me and I feel lucky that it was this place. Really friendly, helpful and genuinely concerned staff, nice room (normally wouldn't be my budget, but happy to pay to be safe and warm) and very accommodating with extra Wi-Fi and a place to work while waiting for my car to be fixed. Thank you guys.

Everything was great except the shower, water went warm to freezing then boiling hot without the taps being touched

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Even though I checked in very late (after 1am), Wayne had everything organised! Nice and close to the highway yet off it so you don't hear trucks all night! Great breakfast and well priced.
Would recommend and would definitely stay again if needed.
