Dr Jamie was absolutely fantastic and very gentle with my daughters dental work. All the team and staff are very caring and welcoming we are so happy to have found a trusted dental clinic that we will return to again and again for years to come

My son had a filling here, he was not happy, due to sharp edges. We had seen the dental technician and wanted to see the dentist for the second appointment but the receptionist would not let us change the second booking, We were quite happy to accommodate any wait or change of time. When the second filling started giving trouble, I rung to again. The receptionist did not apologise that we were having difficulties, or show any empathy, and kept insisting I describe the nature of the pain. My son was not with me, as he was at school. I explained I would like to make a time. She said that the only option was to come in that day and the technician would "have a look". As we both have to take time off (work and school) I explained I would rather make a time when the tooth could be attended to. She kept insisting it would be better if I could say what kind of pain, was it sensitivity to cold or heat or what. The questions were not clear and I felt this to be a stall technique. We decided not to return.
