Cheap and cozy motel with pool+bbq areas. Very friendly staff. Bbq tools provided at reception on request. Will definitely come back.

Was OK for the price. however I'd expect a higher level of clean (dust and cobwebs, floors not clean in the corners). Bed was saggy in the middle and pillows were terrible. The couch was very dated, bonded leather was peeling and very tired looking. Pool was OK but spa had very strong chlorine smell to it.

The motel was very conveniently located close to the beach and the grocery stores etc. The pool is small but nice, as is the spa. Bit strange that there are no real steps into the pool, just a platform type step and then a plunge in. We stayed in a two bedroom room. The rooms were a good size. There was dust and cobwebs on the walls and in all the corners. The lounge was extremely uncomfortable, as was the double bed. It was lumpy. The pillows were hard. Not sure what was going on with the lounge but it was actually painful to sit on. It was ok for one night but I certainly won t be hurrying back.

Me and my family had an amazing time when we stayed out 2 nights. The pool and spa were a excellent way to spend our days and the rooms were outstanding aswell.

Pool, spa and BBQ area is beautiful. Awesome that they offer BBQ cooking utensils at reception. The lady at reception was lovely and helpful. Room is simple, clean and tidy, had everything we needed. Bathroom had a nice spa bath. Only negative was that there were people upstairs who were quite noisy at night, running around and yelling and unfprtunately the noise travelled easily.

Cosy little place to stay in the busiest area of Phillip Island. Close to the supermarkets, and quite convenient. Just don't expect it to be fancy.

Best place I have ever to I cannot recommend this place enough the service is impeccable and the owners are absolutely wonderful I have here over and over again I would not go anywhere else I truly recommend that if you go to Phillip island this is the place to be accomadated in loved loved loved definitely 5 star rated*****
