I’m a regular customer here. Service and staff are excellent. Products very reasonably priced and good quality. Wide choice of knifes for any budget! And also all those little chef things you need!

I was there for shopping today at around 12:35PM. As gentleman man there at front desk he asked to sign in as we sign in. That’s all good. As we enter inside and start looking around and shopping a lady suddenly came in saying Hey did you guys Sign in can I see? And I said what’s going on ?? How many times you guys check ?? She was so angry and starts speaking vulgar words. This does not make any sense, as we are also working in hospitality we know how to treat customers but this lady has no communication skills, very poor customer service skills, angry and upset with customers kills business no matter who she is. She seriously kills this business one day. As living close I love shopping at this place and come frequently with my friends as well but this time customer service from a brown girl was ridiculous.

Quality range of chef and kitchen products in this store located right near Central Station. Cameron was very helpful with a level of service rare these days in retail.
