  This was my first laser hair removal treatment in Sydney (3rd altogether). It was my best laser hair removal experience so far. The technician (I think her name was Shiela, I could be wrong) was super friendly and thorough at her work. Honestly, the overall experience was as though I was hanging out with a friend.

  Nurse Ashleigh was fabulous, great attention to detail and a really lovely personality! She made me feel comfortable during the treatment and I was very satisfied with her level of care.

  Got my laser treatment done yesterday. The procedure was ok but when we were about to book my next appointment, they informed me to pay for the service provided. I told them that it's already been paid since i paid for the package but they said that I should have booked for the treatment for the 3 areas all done in 1 day (they only performed 2 areas). I told them that I wasn't made aware of that and that I actually thought they were performing 3 areas on that day. They said that what was booked was only for 2 areas.
  
  After having such an unpleasant exchange with 1 of the receptionists who was rude (I didnt get her name) they gave me an option to book in the procedure the following day or on a Monday at 10am. Told them that the time doesn't work for me since I have work on weekdays. They gave me no option and just told me to pay for the procedure done or I forfeit for the service of laser for the whole leg amounting to $100+. I asked them about other availabilities and they said there was none.
  
  I am so disappointed with how inflexible they operate and fault their clients about their booking procedures. This is such a bad experience for a customer who has done repeat business with them. I was even thinking of having other treatments done but after this experience, I'd rather go to another place.

  I just got my laser done by Tiana. The way she did the work i could just keep going on and on. Absolutely fantastic and no pain at all. Trust me like no pain.
  Have been doing my laser almost two years now and the results has been wonderful.
  Top ryde has the best customer service out of all laser clinics.
  Tiana, if you are reading this a massive thank you to you for being so nice and kind to me.

  I’ve come here on three occasions (I bought the 10 prepaid laser sessions), and I was really impressed with all of my experiences here - I specifically waited until I had come here a few times before I made a review. Every time I’ve come, the girl (all different) who has done my laser has been professional and friendly. I know that I’ll be well taken care of here and they always make me feel comfortable! Would definitely recommend, based on these experiences :)
  On top of that, the rooms and waiting space are also clean and comfortable.
