I feel like the reviews for this business must all be fake from friends of the family to score so highly. Such a dodgy business, I would give 0 stars if I could. Our builder could not believe the workmanship, 2 independent contractors were appalled by the workmanship and we had to get it all fixed ourselves. I was promised by the business they would fix it but they did not finish it properly and continued to blame everyone but themselves. The workmen were rude and patronising and I would never use this company again.

Meirav was so kind and helpful. We were installing for a family member with Parkinsons Disease. She was flexible and responsive to his needs- like time of installation needed to be specifically when his medication was active. The installers were helpful and respectful. They had a working at heights certificate allowing them to remove a rusty old A/C on a very high ledge. Absolutely recommend them Wish all trades people were so good.

Sales service and installer were extremely helpful. We had a build deadline and asked for someone to quote asap, they manged to get someone out the next day and quote followed shortly after. We went with our builders air con guy only because of time restraints and they wanted the rough in done yesterday. Had we not been under pressure we would have gone with Nu Life. Excellent sales service from Meirav, excellent advice and professional service from Ali who came to inspect (had his boots off before we opened the door, always a good sign!!) Will be in my roll-a-dex for then next air con needs.
