After dining at several restaurants in Airlie Beach, I can confirm that the Clipper has the best selection of food and the service is second to none. Make sure you visit the Clipper at Coral Sea Resort if you are visiting Airlie Beach.

We just had an amazing 5-course tasting menu and it was fantastic. We've travelled a lot and been to numerous highly rated restaurants before, an the Clipper definetely can compete with the best with the menu we had.
Also, the service was super attentive, friendly and highly professional. It was a pleasure spending the evening at the Clipper restaurant.

We took the degustation menu that looked quite good. However, each course was a disappointment. Little flavor, most food was deep fried (!) and overcooked and the attempt at gourmet cuisine was a total fiasco, The restaurant should hire a reach chef! The service was wonderful however and the location really nice.

Great menu, delicious beautifully presented food, exceptional staff! Family friendly, for an extra charge you can use resort's swimming pool. Beautiful place with nautical theme

Great service. Staff aware of menu and cocktails were described perfectly. Rack of lamb and salmon dishes were amazing not to mention the dessert chocolate fondue for 2 was one of the best I have had. Will be back.
