Great service and location but unfortunately this is where the greatness stops. This place should be called either NoNo's, SALT or NoNoMoreSalt We had the 4 course tasting selection and the only thing we could taste was an immense amount of salt (and we love salt!). The pork belly and desert was the only edible course. We walked away very unsatisfied and won't be stopping there again, not even for a coffee in fear of them serving salt instead of sugar!

Amazing food, lovely views. I had breakfast here and I couldn't have asked for more! The staff were so so lovely! Definitely have one meal here if staying in Palm Cove

The restaurant is well-presented - inside and out. From the tables to the food, everything looked flawless.
Upon entering, we were shown to our tables instantly, and provided with menus and table water.
While we only ordered coffee and desserts, they were both delicious and fast to arrive.response / report this review -

Disappointed, great view and ambience however very very very slow service, despite very well staffed. Greater than 40min delay to breakfast from ordering.
The food was tasty, though missing bits from the order, such as the eggs from the eggs and beet on toast
When charging a premium for breakfast it does require service to match the price, sorely lacking today.
Saving grace being the complaint management from the supervisor on shift, who did an excellent job in apologising despite the ongoing delays.

We had dinner here last night and were really disappointed by the quality of the food. We were served the smallest oysters we've ever seen and the rib eye steak at $118 was overcooked and flavourless. The only positive thing we could say about the experience was that the service was friendly and the hand cut chips were good. We won't be returning.

I am terribly disappointed. Not angry, just so disappointed. I have only ever heard amazing things about this award winning restaurant as you would expect but my first experience was everything but great.
We were first greeted by a young lady with "Hi guys, what do you want"
Sat down after letting her know we would like to have some cocktails.
Another young lady then plonked some water glasses on our table and walked away, 5 minutes later placed a complimentary bowl of what seemed to be dried chips in front of us, these were delicious but I unfortunately don't know what they were as it wasn't explained.
My partner ordered the Nu Nu iced tea as he orders the iced tea first no matter where we go, I ordered a passionfruit drink with egg white which is my favorite!
They came out and looked beautiful but wow, for the well known cocktail to have the most alcohol in it, the iced tea at Nu Nu was more like drinking a $22 coke.
I am a massive fan of any cocktail to have a beautiful creamy egg white top but to my disappointment the egg white on top of my cocktail looked as though it had split and was not silky like it should be.
It's fair to say we didn't bother staying for any other cocktails and when we had given our feedback of the disappointment the lady didn't have a care in the world, this made us upset so we then wanted to know where management was and she stated there was no manager on shift.
Unfortunately we will not be wasting our money on this restaurant in the future and would not recommend it based on customer service alone let alone the standard of cocktail. We are from Melbourne and can't wait to be back home and get a proper cocktail experience.

One of the best degustation menus going round, especially for those who love seafood. Atmosphere is fantastic, overlooking the beach and palm trees. Experienced, friendly and enthusiastic wait staff. It was the best meal from entire trip to Palm Cove.

Extraordinary! I came here for my 18th and they surprised me with a fairy lit dinner on the beach, such amazing food and helpful and kind staff! Really appreciate this place, honestly the best night of my life and you guys made it happen! :) just incredible food!

Awesome host and sensational meal. The best dining experience we had in palm cove. Highly recommended. Table of 10 was no trouble and the service was consistent and top class.

Service can be lacking. Wait staff sometimes come across as if they think they're better than you. Food is great. Not large servings though

Sensational food. We had the tasting platter of 4 courses. The staff were extremely attentive and knew the menu well. Would definitely recommend this to others. The location is also fantastic (we were there for sunset, facing the ocean).
