I needed a small freehub pawl spring for my Campagnolo Eurus rear wheel and came to CSC to see if I could get this part. The team there were very helpful, the mechanic knew exactly what I needed, and they had this part and many more that might be required when servicing a bike (bearings, seals, springs, pawls etc). Excellent service.

Just popped in to get a couple of tubes for my FX 7.1, but had forgotten the size I needed. While I was in, thought I'd get some advice on a helmet for my 1yr old. Simple stuff really, but was helped out by the Kiwi guy (Mike?) who was obviously busy but took the time to provide advice and get me the tubes I needed. Was good to receive the time for friendly advice and service even though I wasn't in there to spend big bucks. Will def drop in for my next bike!

Just today I added a second bike to my collection and I received really great service. Matt was really helpful and so were the rest of the staff. Matt took the time to fit my out my bike so it was safe. And also added a few extras on it. I highly recommend his service and would definitely add more bikes to my collection from this store. They take their time to ensure that you fit right on the bike and put your safety first.
I had the opportunity to go to several bike stores near my area but I'm glad I visited the 2nd time. I look forward to riding my bike and big thanks to all staff and Matt!!response / report this review -

Was in Sydney for a day looking at bikes as I need an upgrade. The store is fantastic, However, I Was in the shop for about half an hour amusing myself as there was no customer service whatsoever. I attempted to get their attention a couple of times but felt I was ignored, a staff member walked passed me twice and did not acknowledge me either.
Unfortunately this is very similar to an experience I had there about 4 years ago when I was looking for my initial bike. While they have a great range of stock and beautiful bikes, I will never go there again.response / report this review -

While the staff were helpful, I had purchased a stages power meter from here and it was out of it's warranty by 3 months and the best they could offer me was 5% discount. Pretty ridiculous.

The Precision Bike Fit I went through with the team at Cliarence Street Cyclery was very effective. Great service and solved some long running posture issues on the bike. Thanks.

Excellent. Within hours of a cycling trip to Spain, Dan and the Cyclery team found the root cause of a noise coming out of my madone 9 rear wheel.
As it turned out it had developed a hair line crack; Dan and the guys immediately contacted the manufacturer and replaced the wheel, which allowed me to safely ride in Spain.
Great response. Great team. Thanks.

I bought my bike here about four years ago. Popped back in today because my brake clasp had popped open - they fixed it up for free, no questions asked and very friendly service.
