Such an awesome experience shopping in this store. The ladies were so friendly and helpful. They gave their honest opinion when it came to the clothing my friend and I were trying on. This helped us so much as we all were able to find the right style to complimented our body shape. I'm still so in love with the clothing items I purchased. I highy reccommend this store!

I have had a completely different experience from the other comments, city chic is my favourite place to shop in Cairns and I've always found the staff very welcoming, chatty and nice

Rudest staff I have ever encountered in Cairns Central, didn't know how to process a refund. Didn't want to sell clothing on a sale rack for sale price even though item was also marked as reduced. Then argued that it wasn't a sale item. Have spent a lot of money in city chic over the years and to be looked down upon definitely does not make me want to ever enter this store again. Will be telling all my friends, also I did try ring this store to contact them they had charged me incorrectly their phone number didn't work. Seems this store needs some training in customer service and a working phone. Other then this terrible experience the clothes are lovely and have only had positive city chic shopping experiences
