The showers were perfect and the location is also great as right across the road is a 7-11 for snacks or a bite to eat, the rooms are clean and with air conditioning. The beds were a little uncomfortable but that was a minor issue. The staff are always friendly and helpful

Very friendly hosts. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The wifi is brilliant. Only gripe is that the walls are very thin.

It's nice a cheap option to stay in Newcastle for businesses. Just a quick drive to city center and beaches. Nice and friendly staff and also a good breakfast. Very comfortable bed and clean bedroom and bathroom.

The old receptionist fella was rude, racist and condescending. Two nights spent in a room with broken air con. Receptionist tells me that it's 'Newcastle weather". I asked for another room, he refused. Keeps telling me about how to put air con on 18, I know how to use an air con. I asked him for the name of someone higher manager or owner, he refused to give it to me. Second night I had to spent with a noisy air con, tried calling the hotel's "emergency numbers", no one attended them. On second day tells me that a broken air con is not an emergency and at least we are not dead. Receptionist starts whining about why I have my 5 month old baby with me and we are using excessive electricity, because he saw my Mrs charging her phone at the hotel. This hotel is an unacceptable place to stay at.
