Dim arrived on time and was very helpful with moving heavy arm chairs that we were not able to do. We were very pleased with how good the carpet looked after cleaning. It was only lightly damp and could be walked on in a couple of hours. Will definitely use ChemDry Metro again.

I had the pleasure of meeting the most professional carpet technician today who attended the arranged appointment, made appropriate introductions, discussed the process and promptly got down to business. Her passion and pride she took in her work did not go unnoticed and the outcome of very stained carpet was a success. Very happy with the service. Ian was quick and efficient, left the couch and rugs spotless and smelling amazing. Due to the current circumstances, I also appreciate he went to extra lengths not to touch any unnecessary surfaces and practiced good personal hygiene by keeping his hand sanitised.
