Stayed here for a romantic getaway recently. We booked the Spa Fireplace room and it was amazing. The open fire was laid ready, there was champagne and chocolates on arrival which I had pre ordered. Breakfast was included because we stayed mid week and booked direct. We walked and walked and ate and ate. The location is fantastic and we didn't use the car. The linen was crisp and white, the bathroom was spotless and smelled clean. The spa was hygienic and nice and hot. We will return. Thanks for a great stay

Super friendly staff on arrival. Room was ready hours in advance. Off street parking is appreciated. You're paying for location here as the main Street and popular hotels are a quick walk down the street. Would stay again.

Wonderful service -friendly, helpful & with a smile. Lots of firewood provided. Room was a little cold even with the open fire & heater going but lovely nonetheless.

We recently stayed in the Deluxe King Spa Room - room 26 which overlooked the garden. We loved the spa in our bathroom after a full days walking exploring town and the many walking trails around the two lakes. There are great walks and you can buy coffee along the way which was even better. We started the day with a big cooked breakfast - a bargain at $18. We finished the day with a drink at the bar and a big hot spa. The extra bed in our room meant we could even bring our 13year old.

Our family loves the big mezzanine family room. Three single beds plus a queen in two seperate sleeping area, two flat screens, free wifi and split system heating. There was even a microwave, dining table and couch! Free parking and walking distance to the Main Street for wood fired pizza. A great short break away.

Towels had some stains on them but place generally clean. Location is it's best attribute. Staff are always great.

My family live in the Deluxe Heritage Mezzanine Family Room overnight. Both of my son and daughter love the stairs in the room. Its comfortable and quite.

Facilities were clean and price was reasonable for a last minute booking. Porta cot was provided at no extra charge. Bed frames make lots of noise espically the happy couple in the next room :S
