3 levels, no elevator so guests with a disability or elderly guests should ask for a room on the ground floor. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The apartments and surrounding areas are very quiet at night so shouldn't be a problem with getting a good night's sleep here. Check in staff are okay, neither too polite or rude.

Clean and comfortable room, perfect for what I needed. Great location, close to Lake Wendoree and the centre of town. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful upon arrival and check out.

Double beds are two singles with a zip in the middle. Not far from the main drag of town and has had a good renovation job. A couple of the down falls is there is limited parking and no elevator. Currently staying on level one but would hate to be on the top floor. BBQ area is good and the gym has machines but no free weights

Luved it here Rooms are nice and staff are helpful.. Only draw back is there are no elevators , so if you stay on the second or 3rd level you have to lug all your luggage up the stairs. Has a Gym basic but good. close to a great couple of pubs.. stay here for work

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, neat and clean. Was a bit dusty smelling on arrival. Towels in bathrooms are tiny

We stay here every time we are in Ballarat and everything is perfect.
Beds, Room Size, Showers, TV, Food and friendly staff. Perfect location.
Nice large rooms that are quiet and perfect for a great nights sleep!
