Good food, good service, friendly smiles. We had a great dinner and drinks. A favorite for us.

Very basic food done very poorly. How do you mess up chicken parma or fish and chips? Noisy, open atmosphere, no decor to speak of. Not cheap either.

My very small 4 year old scaled the fence and got into the car park within two seconds, after I was Assured the enclosure was child proof and they couldn't get out. I was standing at the glass door, literally about 2 meters away from him and from the time he decided he wanted to get over and it took me to get to him from 2 meters away he was in the car park. I had to leave my 2 year old unattended and asked someone to look after him while I chased my son. None of the staff came to assist or help in any way ( by the way they were not busy at all) and it was left to a patron to do, I know this because that is who Was watching my other little boy when I came back from retrieving my son from the busy princes hwy carpark. When I spoke to the staff they were not only unapologetic but very quick to dismiss what had happened and inferred it was my own fault until I pointed out it was their responsibility to have a fence that is capable of keeping children of the road.
Never in my life for the safety of my children will I step foot into establishment again.response / report this review -

Not a nice experience at all!! our greeting started with the lady taking the piss out of my surname. The lady taking our order then argued with me over an item on the menu. Table of 6, plus one kid, all order one after each other. 2 meals arrived, 10 minutes later the other meals still hadn't arrive so we sent one of the first ones back that was a steak as it was now cold waiting for everyone else to arrive. Complained to waitress that the meals hadn't arrive, to be told it was our fault we must not of ordered at the same time (she was proven wrong when she checked the times on the dockets). Remaining meals came, most not even half eaten as they were not nice. The steak from 25 minutes ago still hadn't come back, i requested that it not be sent to the table as we no longer wanted it as everyone else had eaten. When our plates were being cleared the kids free drink docket was used to clean up spilled food on the table and not replaced. I had to ask to be refunded for the steak. Kids meal of nuggets and chips was burnt to the point she wouldn't eat it and the Risotto was the worst Risotto I've every eaten. Disappointing service and disappointing food. WILL NOT BE BACK.

Meals were good for a bistro style place. The warm fire adds a nice touch and the kids were free to play. Staff were friendly and accomodating.

Very expensive for prepared frozen food. It was like paying for glorified t.v. dinners. Won't be going back anytime soon. at least the staff are very nice and professional.

Well I went there on the first visit food was great but on the second visit things changed on the restaurant menu and I think it was a new management and they did away with the old menu well they not gonna see me there again

You know with so many poor food reviews yoy think somthing would be done to make it better. The Staff are wonderful the setting is nice but the food is still just simply poor. I had pumpkin risotto with Walnut its was woeful then the beautiful staff appologised and ordered me another meal I thought just go basic order a chicken schnitzel well it was dry and over cooked so I took some pepper sauce from my wife's plate she said are you sure. It was poor as well. Not to say everyone meal was poor, just 90%. I will be back but will not eat until the the quality improves.
