Customer service 0. One star only because you can’t give no star.
With all the weather warnings this weekend and the cancellation of many events we are not staying the weekend at Park Lane Caravan Park Traralgon. But unfortunately the cancellation policy is no refund 7 DAYS prior to cancelling. No negotiation under any conditions. Guess we will never book with Park Lane Traralgon again.

Not recommended. Because of the rude behaviour of the manager. We desided to stay here for one week. We paid for one night and said we will pay rest of the amount in the morning the manager chrish said give me call before 10 pm otherwise i through ur lagugae out. He was extremely rude.

We stayed at Park Lane Holiday Park in Traralgon for the second time. Due to special needs, we stayed in a cabin with 'Disabled Facilities'. We cannot recommend this holiday park more highly. The cabin was spotlessly clean, all the facilities we required were there for us. ready to use. The cabin was bright, cheery & spacious and the well thought out planning made our stay effortless. We did not need to bring needless equipment for our stay here as it was all provided. The staff were most obliging and ready to accommodate any need we had - as well as late check out due to our situation. Would highly recommend this holiday park to anyone.
