From the very first "hello" , to our farewell , everyone we met at Pakenham Mazda were genuine, friendly, and very professional. An absolute pleasure to purchase my car here.Thankyou, one and All! Extra special thanks to Darren and Ben- who remained true to their words, with integrity and great efficiency. All timelines were met, loved buying my car here- went so smoothly- they went beyond to make sure my car wad ready as I was raring to go! Thanks so much! Bought a used car from here recently and found all the staff very friendly and helpful. Great customer service, couldn’t fault my experience. Darren and Ben from used cars were able to help me out with a great deal and I was able to be home with the car in no time at all. Would recommend anybody looking for a new or used car to have a chat with the staff.

We just purchased a used Mazda BT50 from these awesome people at Mazda Pakenham- and the whole process went so smooth. From the moment I walked on site to finalising paperwork, we had professional , respectful and much appreciated customer service. Pakenham Mazda provided genuine customer service, delivered with flair, honesty and the utmost professionalism. We had settled on a vehicle through another dealership- however changed mind within an hour on being on site. Thank you to Darren and Anton for your conduct. We will recommend our other 4x4 friends when upgrading to come to this dealership!

Very happy with the car, but unimpressed with the service. We bought the car subject to a number of issues raised in the RACV check being fixed. The sales manager waited until the day of pick up to inform us they didn't feel the issues were necessary and decided not to attend to them. We had just travelled 4 hours to pick up the car. Then they did not even leave us with enough fuel to get home. Not a positive experience and will not be recommending Pakenham mazda.

Just came in for a spare part, but the staff was amazing. From a lovely receptionist at front to the guy at parts who went above and beyond to try and help with looking up options and chasing alternative suppliers as well.

Sales guy was more interested on going home then selling me a 42k car, admiringly it was 5pm but I'll go accross the road to Toyota instead.

just moved into the area: called 3 consecutive days to book CX5 in for a service, service too busy to take call, no call backs after leaving request with reception does not bode well
