Consistent and continuous employment. I have been with Carpenters Now for over a year now and i haven't had any downtime through lack of work, as a matter of fact none of the other guys have had any downtime either. Their are many reasons in our industry for downtime or unwanted breaks in employment but unfortunately the bank or the electricity company don't understand this. Good management and staff, good bunch of guys to work with and regular feedback sessions,I am hoping to stay around as long as possible.

As an apprentice I was unhappy with my previous employer, and one of my friends suggested to contact Carpenters Now. They asked me to come in for an interview and a week later I was already on site working.
I am really impressed with the level of professionalism and positive uplifting attitude throughout this company.

Carpenters Now were great. They were always there when I booked them and were already set up with their tools before 7am. I only had to tell them once what they were doing and I had guys installing Matrix, fixing, framing, pretty much everything. I never had an issue with any of the guys fitting in with my crew and they did a great job. Will defiantly use them again

Carpenters Now have provided us with an excellent service, providing project management, skilled tradespeople and a timely delivery of the boardwalk refurbishment at Mount Martha.

They have succeeded in dealing with a complex and environmentally sensitive site and at all times their workers and the general public’s safety has been a number one priority.

We have received extremely positive feedback from all stakeholders and look forward to working on the next project with them.
