Great fun time.
Relatively recently renovated, with good clean loos and the reception/Cafe area is now air-conditioned with better seating and a better drinks/snacks selection.response / report this review -

Go Karting here is SO much fun. It's quite expensive, but definitely worth the cost. The Karts feel fast, but they're sturdy and the tracks are forgiving so even a badly misjudged turn doesn't result in disaster. There are 4 tracks to choose from, including a couple of tracks for the little ones. A brilliant day out.

Bit of a line simulator, but otherwise pretty awesome. Got into the place and jumped in the queue to the front desk, only to discover that we needed to be in the queue to the touchscreen displays. Queued up at the touchscreens then queued back up at the desk. Once we got registered we went down to the big queue at the track, then queued up on the start line. After all this queing it was really great to throw the carts around the course a bunch of times. If I wasn't such a big fat bastard I would have gone faster, but it was bloody amazing. Be prepared for a lot of queuing, but it's well worth the wait.

Had an AWESOME time coming here on the BT9 VIP Party Bus (School Rewards Excursion). They had awesome staff, good facilities, fast karts and jaw dropping tracks.

Unfortunately my review can only be based on poor customer service as we haven't even had the chance to step foot in the door yet - and we don't ever intend to now either! Firstly - website needs updating. It boasts that no bookings are required, just arrive and drive. Having a group of over 15 people thought we would just email and double check we shouldn't book. Had a return phone call to say that we should indeed book otherwise could expect over a 2 hour wait time and the day we were interested in only had 2 bookings so to make sure we call back within a few days if we do want to book. Call back 48 hours later and are told none of what the other employee had said was true and they were fully booked, however could just turn up and drive but probably not all together (whats the point) when asked why were told different by someone else we were told that there were a lot of staff on that day so they don't really know who we spoke to so can't follow it up. This staff member however did say that there was free time slot but her manager asked them not to book for some reason but it was Sunday and the manager wasn't there so she would call back Monday - which she did only to tell us we still can't book that time.

After going to the website I thought things were different at Lemans.
I went down to take a look I noticed now there is paintball at the same complex.
I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Stell
I couldn’t have met a more informative and polite company sales rep.
To the owner of LeMans, I would put Stell as the Ops manager and then he can teach the crew at the go-karting area to be a more polite and a lot more professional.
If you’re going to offer and incentive for the best time on the track to go to the next level of karting then it’s impossible if you are included with the average duration on Amber lights.
preventing you from getting anywhere near the record time that you need to get In order to reach the next level of karting
I maybe willing to add a star or 2 if the time of karting is increased due to prolonged slow driving with Amber lights preventing proper speed drivingresponse / report this review -

Great experience from start to finish. Sales staff provided excellent support while planning a birthday party. The tracks are challenging and fun. The karts are well maintained and there were no donkeys. The staff are friendly and helpful. The laser tag was a fun way to finish off the experience. All the kids will remember this one!

Went for my Son's b day go kart experience. After calling and confirming that noon we were initially denied to go kart that evening because of a 'sudden' shortage of staff. Eventually after an extensive constructive discussion my son did get this chance to go riding. Thanks. Would have liked it if this happened without the discussions.

My littlest had a great party at Lemans laser tag. Even though one little ratbag decided he could combine boxing and lasertag together. Had a chat to him he apologised but you knew it didn't have much weight to it. Then this kids party cake came out and would you believe it was a boxing ring, that is some boxing club he goes to. Teaching young kids values.NOT! But the staff did treat the kids injured very well and looked after us with a free game all in. Great job!

We came to laser tag today for my sons birthday party today.the kids enjoyed themselves but there should be staff in monitoring the kids in the laser tag like you have done in the past.some kids are feral the poor language coming out of there mouths.
Prices are reasonable .food is good .
The girl at the desk needs to be more friendly and welcoming to the public.response / report this review -
