I dedicate my review to other 3 reviewers.
About a year ago i gave up on food premises in this particular area and decided not to buy any kind of food from restaurants or takeaway shops. However after reading those positive reviews on this shop i said i'll give it a go. BIG MISTAKE, it just reminded me why i promised myself never to shop for food in this area. "Friendly Customer Service" : Didn't see that! Over confident (not in a good way) and very unenthusiastic customer service. So i score customer service 1 out of 5. Poor hygiene, next time i'll go there i'll take 'em some vinyl gloves. Hygiene 0.5.
Worst bit was the food itself, manufactured prawn cutlets and calamari rings made out of seafood mince. Frozen, supermarket quality food does not even deserve a rating. Potato chips was under cooked and had heavy oil smell. However dimsims were nice. To those reviewers who voted 4 or 5 stars i recommend them to get out of Roxburgh Park and Meadow Heights and try something real. I think if previous reviewers didn't over exaggerate i wouldn't be this harsh.response / report this review -

Love the friendly faces and the welcome you receive when you walk through the door. Good old fashioned service.Love that the chips are made from real fresh potato not frozen package chips. I love that the chips are not really greasy. Keep up the great work
