Awsome stay with all facilities.

Paid for two nights upfront letting them know we had a trailer for dogs, dogs barked at strangers near trailer in early hours of the morning (not guests), I was told at 8am that we had to leave because guest at far end complained they had barked all night, Guest on both sides of us were lovely and never said a thing except all the best with our shows. Explained to staff why the dogs had barked and was spoken to rudely saying they cannot have a bad review from complaining man and oh refund will take 3 to 4 days.
Stayed at another motel no problem at all and told welcomed back anytime, which we will.
So instead of bad review from complaining guest here's one from a very inconvenienced guest because of your rudness and very basic motel.response / report this review -

Very good Motel Not well located for Transport but for the Accommodation alone.. Just a really good value for money Motel.

Immaculately clean with obvious pride taken in the housekeeping. Close to the main highway and less than 10km from the city centre and major shopping centres. Not the quietest of hotels however with a picnic table outside our door which people availed themselves to until quite late and even though they eventually dropped the level of conversation it sounded like they were in the room with us and we could overhear them talking about being able to hear us! Paypass style keys to access rooms and basic cooking facilities with a separate sink to wash dishes etc was a nice bonus. Suitable for a slightly longer stay. Pool looked inviting but was full of families so we gave it a miss.

Room was basic the management were rude and un contactable after 6 pm. Rudely awakend by housekeepers noise. Then was told to be out of room in 5 mins wen we needed a late check paid of course but was refused. Not very welcoming

Friendly staff , clean and tidy . Fairly priced .
They only downfall is some unsavoury guests staying at the hotel .

lovely place nice people very clean the owner even took us in to town to catch our bus for a wedding . will be staying there next time

Very polite and easy going staff. Needs a bit of work, but if your looking for some affordable accommodation then this is the place. Overall, very happy with the stay. Lets hope the new owners are as good. I give it 3 & a half
