I stayed here for two nights by myself and this place was perfect. The woman at the reception was so sweet and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean. The location is perfect, so convenient for everything. You even receive discounts at a few of the local restaurants. My only tip would be if you have trouble with stairs, request for a room on the ground floor as there are 4 floors and no elevator (that I could see anyways) other than that, I would stay again!

Perhaps not for families. We were asked to be quiet at almost 10am in the morning, when our 21 month old was protesting about going back to our room after breakfast. It's difficult enough when your child protests publicly, let alone when hotel staff make a point of saying that people are trying to sleep!! We are woken most nights by people returning after dinner & a few drinks, as well as the leaf blower that starts up at 6.30am every morning. We're also above a restaurant on the Main Street. Why was I targeted? Not happy! Location is great & everything else was quite good, just a shame that one staff member clearly has no idea & perhaps unintentionally made her guests with a child feel very uncomfortable.

Our one bedroom apartment seemed newly remodeled - bright, clean, spacious. We especially enjoyed using the kitchenette which had all necessary dishware and panware. Location was spectacular. Hotel staff listened to our one concern and took action above and beyond.

Great hotel opposite the beach, nice airy rooms, friendly service with great advice. The restaurants downstairs are fantastic with cocktail hour and delicious food.

Worst ever hotel to stay. Cleanliness is zero. Laundary and kitchen are together and I witness dirty towels are in the kitchen sink.
