It was the first time I tried the restaurant and I was on my own, the food and staff were great, didn’t feel lonely and the atmosphere was lovely.

We were seated fast and the waiter was quick to take our orders.
kids food came out rather fast but our food had come well after they had finished and we had to reorder our drinks again
waiter was friendly but inexperienced he was stuck for help by the computers but his work colleges dashed by him and left him to manage on his own
the burgers came out and i must say they have been good in the past but in the past few instances they were flavourless also a bit costly 2 burgers and 2 kids meals bowl of chips 1 coke and a lemonade $95
been burnt here a few times i think i might pass on the next occasion

UPDATE just had Cal Mauger ( manager )contact me via email verbally abuseing me and told me to take my business elsewhere
Very unprofessional indeed, id suggest some customer training Mr manager Man. What a flog

I waited almost 10 minutes to be seated in a queue of three and then our table service was extremely poor. We did not actually receive a designated waitress until we had ordered coffee!! We tidied our own plates leaving them at the end of the table for collection. Also the vegetables that accompanied my meal tasted like they'd been frozen.

Tasty food I like it a lot but extremely pricey! took ages to come to our table! I will try again because of the food but definitely not Doncaster again because of the slow service! It's such a shame to have a beautiful restaurant with good food and to have this slow service! In my opinion we write the reviews for you to have the chance for improvement but I saw many people complained about the same things and no improvements at all! Sorry but no improvement so eventually no customers in the future! Their so many good places out there to go!

My dad had the Memphis burger vomited all NIGHT! he thought it was delicious in the moment but then later at night was feeling horrible! This isn't the first time! My sister had a burger from there, SAME SITUATION, vomiting!!!

Clean your kitchen and make sure your food is NOT EXPIRED OR UNDERCOOKED!

I refuse to eat any meat from TGIF Doncaster!

Casual eatery with occasional good deals. The food is as expected (decent) for the price point, and there's a healthy drinks list.

Make sure you check out the regular specials (like kids eat free Mon-Wed) or irregular specials (like 2 burgers for the price of one in August).

Good for a pre- or post-movie dinner.

Tasty burgers and ribs in a fun and casual setting. Bar is cool to hang out at. Staff are always warm, friendly and accommodating. It's great to gluten free options appearing on the menu.

Had a lovely lunch with my hubby yesterday. The waitress was super friendly and very helpful. We both commented that they must train their staff well. Just the right balance of service. Well done guys keep up the good work. Food was excellent too.

This restaurant has disappointed me so much.
One the wait for the food is ridiculously long, but I honestly do not mind waiting extra for good food but this brings me to my second point. I ordered a chicken BLT a simple chicken burger. I have to say I've been more satisfied from a Maccas burger 4am in the morning than this. The 3 strips of chicken was fried with excessive oil dripping from it, the bun was old, stale, dry and crumbled in my hands before I'd even finished the burger, the tomato was old, stale and dry again as I discovered upon opening this disgusting burger. If I was a chief I would have been embarrassed to server that to anyone. My only regret is that I didn't take any pictures to show everyone this mess but I'm sure I'll get the same if I go again. The worst crime was that they had the audacity to charge some 20$ for it. Lift you game TGI.
Do your self a favor and If you want to spend 30+ on a meal there are million better places to go. TGI is only good for drinks cause that's the only thing they can't ruin.

Despite there being seating all over the place we were ushered to a table in the far corner away from everything. We obviously refused to be seated there and chose our own table. Food was poor. The salad with my stake was a few leaves and nothing else. Hardly any seasoning on the stake and tasteless peppercorn sauce. The burgers and other food was pretty poor aswell. Overall overpriced and tasteless food.

Food is very expensive and some menu items are deceiving. I ordered the Southwest potato twisters thinking it would be actual potato It was literally a bag of chips (like what you buy from the supermarket) placed onto a plate with toppingsfor $20.. I was really disappointed
I went on Sunday and their staff were not attentive at all Took them 10 or so minutes to ask if we wanted a drink.
Also the menus we were given were absolutely filthy, had literal food on them and stains which is so off-putting, it's not that hard to wipe down a menu

Avoid at all costs! I have been to all TGI Fridays in Melbourne and Doncaster one is the worst. Food quality is no where comparable to Jam Factory branch. I wish a better restaurant wood replace it.
