Haven't dined here for a few years but came down Sunday night with my partner and it was absolutely terrible. Their menu boasted about "excellent service, excellent food and excellent atmosphere" and we sure did not receive any of that. We waited over an hour for our food, by this time we had finished our drinks and were not asked once by staff whether we would like some more. I was very hungry by this point but the food was not appetising at all. I tried to show the manager how watery the curry was and was just offered a different curry, I believe simply because they weren't capable of making it any better. I then received a lamb madras - which lacked any taste - within a minute. Why did it take over an hour to get our meals but less than a minute to get a completely different curry? In short, wouldn't recommend anymore.

Had a dinner here twice with my family, food and service was great. Serving sizes were bigger than other indian restaurants.

The Indian Veg curries had extreme taste of raw spices of cloves star anise and cardamom. We ordered Indian hot curries and they seem to have really off taste about curries and biryani. And when advising this to the staff they said that we ordered Indian hit and this is how they prepare their Indian hot food. We were unsatisfied and unhappy with the service as well. If you are indian and vegetarian this is not a place for you.

Wow, this place has some great vibe, great food, and amazing customer service.
We eat here at least twice a week, and no matter what we order the food is just spectacular! We have been through the menu many times over by now, and the consistency is bang on target every single time!
The owners are a real treat! Friendly and welcoming and the great attitude of the owners filters down to the whole team, it’s amazing to be greeted by big smiles and great attitudes!
Good ol customer service kept alive by the amazing people at Jaipur palace!!response / report this review -

Always a great place 2 eat. Great service from the moment u step inside, n so many delicious choices on the menu. The curries r great servings n usually but not always, have some over 2 take away. The restaurant is decorated with beautiful furnishings n looking 2 outside,the fairy lights in the trees r so lovely n finish off the relaxing surroundings. Book a table. U won't b disappointed
