Too clutered as i couldnt get my trolly past all the unattended store work platforms. Which often meant back tracking with my trolly. Ended up leaving without all the gear i needed. Will go to Mitre 10 to get the rest of the gear i need to finish my jobs. Staff were good but too cluttered

I always enjoy my trip to bunnings and the staff are always helpful and you get service with a smile, I think they need more merchandise..

Right from door greetings Bunnings Midland is without doubt the best place to shop.

Excellent polite service by the staff ftom the lady at t he entrance, internal stor ed staff and even the auto checkout suppot lady. She had an awesome sence of humor infact. Some of the oher patron in the stote were rude to the point of being obviously antagonistic, however hubby and I met a lovely couple in isle 48. With some team work we were all able to find and access what we needed! 😊

Very slow at the exchange / return checkout. The lady also made a mistake in my favor and wanted to gave me some money back. I explained that I should pay $2 more. I think she was doing her best to learn though.

Best service. Went in with no idea for kitchen cupboards and bench top and had excellent service. Thanks Linda. Though lots of others were wanting help too. Way too popular and busy. Pity the rest aren't as good. Big shoes to fill there. The staff REALLY need to step up. You can do it.

Very crowded every time. Hard to park and almost impossible to leave by a car due to heavy traffic. But this store offers a lot of things. Staff was always helpful when I needed help with getting products down from the top shelves. However going there with a trailer is a nightmare.. It is very hard to park and even harder to leave a parking area. Last thing, I couldn't find an avocado tree and banana in their garden. But they had million of lemon trees, I wonder why.

Staff that sometimes treat you as if they had sth better to do. Take for eg yesterday in the paint section, was given directions by a woman who was rude and to show me where the paint I was looking for was, had signs of exasperation! May be she was a volunteer and not getting paid enough???

Ok store but some other Bunnings stores are better. Got some help but had to go another for order balance. Some "only in Midland" humor observed with Moe haircuts back in fashion (for young ones see YouTube on The Three Stooges..

Crap Customer Service- Lynda!
My Ryobi whipper snipper is like new still but wont start,when you try it just spews fuel every where. It is out of warranty but the thing looks like new and hasnt been used that muchmy last one lasting over 20yrs.i have a receipt but the attitude of the women helping me was absolutely terrible considering i have spent a fortune at that Bunnings. I wont buy Ryobi and will try and use other hardware stores before Bunnings.
