I hired a small van to shift my sons furniture from Mandurah to Perth.
Van was clean and well presented when I picked it up. Staff were very helpful and polite. No issues whatsoever - highly recommended- thank you.response / report this review -

The car hired was handed over in an unclean putrid state. We were desperate for a hire car and therefore took it. The ignition would not turn over alot of the time.
When I returned it, the car was deep cleaned by myself yet again. I was charged a whole days rate when I returned it 30 mins late.
After I proceeded to tell the lady about the problems with the car she informed me that the EFTPOS was down and could not return my $500 security deposit. 2 days later, I am still waiting.
I do recommend Hertz who charged me a $200 deposit and provided a new Misubishi SUV at at lesser rate. Needless to say Hertz provided the vehicle clean and problem free, with no hassles returning the deposit.
